I’m Pille, the founder of Beyond the Distance. I work with runners and other athletes at all levels to strengthen their mental skills and support them in getting the most out of their sporting experience.
My approach focuses on helping people build on their existing strengths using evidence-based strategies to ultimately help them feel more confident and in control.
